All means all. (Ephesians 1, ⁸  Wherein he hath abounded toward us in all wisdom and prudence). 

wisdom: understanding of spiritual things.

prudence: practical understanding; common sense.

We have the mind of Christ. We are to be wise stewards. We get discernment by studying God’s Word. (1 Corinthians 2, ¹⁶ For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ).

Spiritual things made understandable. (Ephesians 2:1, And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins. Ephesians 1, ⁹ Having made known unto us the mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in himself).

God’s plan was a mystery to Old Testament saints. (1 Corinthians 2, ⁹ But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. ¹⁰ But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God).

God reveals His heart in His Word.

dispensation: administration. (Ephesians 1, ¹⁰ That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him).

Millennial Reign: One day Jesus will be King of kings and Lord of lords; Messianic reign. Jesus will reign supreme.

fullness of times: completion. Everything will be under His will.

(Colossians 1, ²⁰ And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven).

Isaiah 2, ² And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the Lord's house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. ³ And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem. ⁴ And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

Everything will add up, and we will be able to see.

Heaven and earth will be brought in perfect union.
