mystery: The church is made up of saved Jews and Gentiles. (Ephesians 3, ³ How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words).

God called Paul to be a minister. Salvation changed Paul. (Ephesians 3, ⁷ Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power).

minister: servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Acts 26, ¹⁶ But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee).

(1 Corinthians 6, ¹⁹ What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? ²⁰ For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's).

(Galatians 5, ¹³ For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another).

The effectual working of His power by grace. It is all because of God. Working: energy, supernatural power. (Ephesians 3, ⁷ Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power).

(Colossians 2, ²⁰ Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world, why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances).

(1 John  3, ² Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is).

God spoke the world into existence. He is all-powerful.

(Ephesians 1, ¹⁹ And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, ²⁰ Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places).

(Ephesians 3, ¹⁶ That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man).

God equips and uses us for the ministry He has selected for us.
